1. Fill in the "IncrediMail email" box with the email address you use with IncrediMail, example: suesmith@hotmail.com. This is the email address that will be used for you to be on our mailing list & receive updates when new content is added.

2. Fill in the "Password" box with a password of 4 to 10 characters. Passwords can be made up of letters, numbers or a combination of the two, but are case sensitive.

3. Click on one of the "Add to Cart" buttons, below your choice of membership, to join & to state that you have read the terms of use below & agree to abide them.

Within 24 - 72 hours, after receiving your payment, you will receive an email confirming your membership & notifying you that your user name & password have been activated. The user name that we will assign you will be your full name, case sensitive, no spaces... example: suesmith.

Please read this information carefully and join only if you are willing to abide by these reasonable terms of use:

1. You are granted an individual license to use all these letter styles freely for personal or business email correspondence. What that means is you can "use" them whenever you want to send personal or business emails to anyone you choose, but you do not "own" the letter styles.

2. You may not pass them around in any groups such as Yahoo or others, claim these letter styles as your own, offer them for download anywhere on the internet, including but not limited to web sites, forums, message boards or blogs. These things are strictly forbidden & anyone caught doing so will have their membership revoked immediately & no refund will be given.

3. You may back up the letter styles to a CD for your personal use in case of a computer crash, but you may not put them on a CD & give them to friends, family or offer that CD for sale.

4. The original photographs, artwork, graphics and clipart used in these pieces of stationery remain the copyright property of the photographer or artist who created them. LongBraid Designs holds the copyright to all pieces of stationery made from the abovementioned copyrighted images. In plain English, whatever image is now on the stationery is copyrighted property and these images may not be removed from, or copied from the stationery in any way or for any reason.

5. When your membership term has expired, your user name & password will be deactivated unless you paid for another term prior to your membership expiration date.

6. Please be honorable, your password is for your use only. Any member caught sharing their password with someone else, through our tracking, will have their membership revoked immediately. Their user name & password will be deactivated and no refund will be given.

7. Because of the nature of this sort of membership we are unable to issue refunds once you've paid for your membership, used your user name & password and accessed our letter styles, signature tags, music and anything else that may now or in the future be available to members.

8. We reserve the right change or add to these terms of use for membership in the Distinctive Letters Group at any time, it will be your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Because of illness, accident, death or other unforeseeable future events, we further reserve the right to cancel this membership section at any time without any liability on our part.
